We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, availability, and pricing.

Because many of our products are made by hand from natural materials such as water hyacinth and seagrass, slight variations in color, texture, weave, shape, and dimensions are normal characteristics of handcrafted products rather than defects.

​

Handwoven basket dimensions may vary by approximately ¼ inch.

​

Computer and mobile displays may also represent colors differently from the physical product.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Inventory errors

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Payment authorization problems

• Shipping limitations

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs are shown during checkout when required.

Payment is processed through the payment methods available on our Wix checkout. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers rather than stored directly by Rustic Home Resources.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

​

Our standard order processing time is generally 1–2 business days.

​

Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after processing.

​

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

​

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

7. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

​

Returned items should be unused and in their original condition.

​

For returns based on preference, size, fit, or other non-defective reasons, customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

8. Natural and Handcrafted Products

​

Natural materials may contain minor variations in tone, fiber thickness, texture, weave, and appearance.

Occasional natural fiber ends or subtle differences between baskets may result from the handwoven manufacturing process. These characteristics are expected in handcrafted natural-material products.

This does not limit your rights regarding products that are materially damaged or defective.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, coupons, introductory offers, and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, product restrictions, or minimum-purchase requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

We may modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time, subject to orders already completed under the applicable promotion.
