Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Where We Ship
Rustic Home Resources currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. You will be able to review the shipping charge before completing your purchase.

Estimated Delivery
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days.
Please note that processing time and delivery time are separate. For example, an order may require 1–2 business days for processing, followed by approximately 3–7 business days in transit.
Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high-volume shipping periods, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Please allow some time after receiving your shipping confirmation for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Before completing your order, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Rustic Home Resources cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.
Multiple-Item Orders
If your order contains more than one item, products may occasionally arrive separately depending on how the order is fulfilled.
If this occurs, you may receive more than one tracking number or delivery.
Delayed Packages
Occasional carrier delays can happen after an order leaves our facility or fulfillment location.
If your tracking information shows that your package is still in transit, we recommend allowing additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.
If your package has experienced an unusually long delay, please contact us and we will help review the situation.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first:

Allowing a short period of time, as some carriers may mark a shipment delivered shortly before final delivery.

Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your basket arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Please keep the product and original packaging while your request is being reviewed.
We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Natural Handwoven Products
Rustic Home Resources baskets are handwoven from natural materials such as water hyacinth and seagrass.
Slight differences in color, texture, weave, fiber appearance, shape, and dimensions are normal characteristics of natural handcrafted products and are not considered shipping damage.
Returns
If your order arrives safely but you decide it is not right for your space, eligible purchases may be returned according to our 30-Day Returns & Refund Policy.
