30-Day Returns
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use

Returned with its original packaging, when reasonably possible

Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Please do not return merchandise without first contacting us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns related to preference, size, color, fit, or other non-defective reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue. If the problem resulted from an error on our part, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from an incorrect or defective item sent by Rustic Home Resources.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and include:

Please retain the product and packaging while we review your request.
Natural Variations in Handwoven Products
Our baskets are handwoven from natural materials such as water hyacinth and seagrass. Because of the nature of these materials and the handcrafted process, slight variations in:

Color

Texture
-
Weave
-
Fiber appearance

Shape
-
Dimensions
are normal and contribute to the individual character of each basket.
Minor natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
Because our baskets are handwoven, dimensions may vary slightly from the measurements listed on the product page.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit-card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Items returned in used, damaged, or materially altered condition may not qualify for a full refund. Also, refund requests prior to delivery of the item will not be refunded.
Exchanges
If you need a different basket size, we recommend returning the original eligible item and placing a new order for the size you prefer. This helps ensure that the replacement product is available when you need it.

Non-Returnable Items
The following may not be eligible for return:
